Ray Sleeman MBA, BEd is the Director of TLG and has more than 25 years experience in the leisure, recreation and
tourism industries in New Zealand and the UK. He has held senior management positions in the arts and tourism
sectors in New Zealand including Director of the Christchurch Arts Centre, General Manager of the Christchurch Town
Hall, National Coordinator Deloitte Tourism and Leisure Consulting Group.

Ray has extensive experience with feasibility studies and in particular visitor attractions including heritage projects. His
key operational areas are feasibility studies, strategic and business planning, operational and organisational reviews,
market research and analysis.
